One-third of the U.S. Military Refuses to Vaccinate

One-third of members of the U.S. military have refused to be vaccinated against the coronavirus.

However, a significant number of the country's troops have already been infected with the virus, AFP reported

Maj. Gen. Jeff Taliaferro made the remarks at a congressional hearing.

The soldiers have been left to their own devices without being vaccinated. Because they have not yet received approval from the Central Drug Administration.

Many members of the country's military are reluctant to be vaccinated despite being infected with the coronavirus.

A Pentagon spokesman, John Kirby, said that although no details had been released about the vaccination, 9,16,500 military personnel had been vaccinated so far.
