Your main goal should be for visitors to come to your site and read your content in comfort. If you distract some other visitors, that is your loss.
3. The speed of the site depends a lot on the theme. If the coding of the theme is good, it will also have a good effect on the speed of the site. Make sure the theme belongs to a reputed company. Also check the reviews. Overall, if everyone has good reviews, it can be assumed that the theme coding structure is good. The speed of the site will be good.
