Tasty cut Puli Pitha in Winter

Materials

2 cups of rice powder, salt to taste, amount of lukewarm water and one and half cup of coconut.

How to make-

Make yeast with rice powder, salt to taste and water. Make 10 inch bread with yeast and cut it into four parts. Now take a piece.

Cut the bread straight with a sharp knife along the two halves. In this way, half an inch should be done on both sides. Now cover the pur by pulling one side with the pur in the middle and then pull the second side and press on the first one.

When all is cooked, put it in a steam pot for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
